Parties & Events
The Commonwealth is the perfect place to host your event. The spaces inside the venue are very customizable to accommodate small and large parties. We also house the media and music capabilities for corporate and nonprofit events. All nonprofits receive a 20% discount off our regular rental rates.
State Room
A spacious room with beautiful chandeliers, grand windows overlooking the pond, a large stage, full service bar, projector screens, and an in-house media and sound system. This is the largest room in The Commonwealth, providing ample space for even large crowds to fit comfortably. This room can accommodate up to 320 guests (banquet style) and 550 guests (theater style).
This room has a 5 hour rental minimum.

Patio Room
Right next to the State room, this room has panoramic windows, a cathedral ceiling, and 12' roll-up glass doors beautifully fusing this room to the large outdoor patio. This room can seat up to approximately 95 guests at dinner tables (contact for exact capacity based on your event needs). For events larger than 300 guests, this room can be opened into as an extension of the State Room to make a combined capacity 470 seated at dinner tables. Alcohol can be served in this room using our mobile bar.
Rentals in this room have a 5 hour minimum and come with tables and chairs.
Sunday-Thursday - $125 per hour
Friday - $150 per hour
Saturday - $175 per hour
All-day rentals (12 hours) receive a 10% discount off the above pricing.
Barrel & Julep Room
The Barrel room is a more cozy space with a beautiful bay window overlooking the front of the property. This room can serve , a small party room for up to 20 guests or a breakout room for a large event.
Hosting a small last minute event?
The lobby of the Commonwealth is the perfect small party space for 10-20 guests. This room is bookable one month prior to the event date.
