STATE ROOM
The largest space at The Commonwealth, the State Room, offers soaring chandeliers, expansive windows with views of the pond, a full stage, and a built-in bar. Equipped with projector screens and an in-house media and sound system, it’s designed to host events that are as seamless as they are memorable.

Accommodating up to 320 guests banquet-style or 550 guests theater-style, this versatile space provides comfort without compromise.

PATIO ROOM
Located beside the State Room, the Patio Room features panoramic windows, a soaring cathedral ceiling, and 12’ roll-up glass doors that connect the room to the expansive outdoor patio. Perfect for intimate gatherings, it comfortably seats up to 65 guests banquet-style (contact us for exact capacities based on your event).
For larger occasions, the room can be opened into the State Room, increasing the combined capacity to 470 seated guests. A mobile bar is available, allowing alcohol service within the space.

All rentals include tables and chairs and require a 5-hour minimum.
