A spacious room with beautiful chandeliers, grand windows overlooking the pond, a large stage, full service bar, projector screens, and an in-house media and sound system. This is the largest room in The Commonwealth, providing ample space for even large crowds to fit comfortably. This room can accommodate up to 450 guests (banquet style) and 650 guests (theater style).
Right next to the State room, this room has panoramic windows, a cathedral ceiling, and 12' roll-up glass doors beautifully fusing this room to the large outdoor patio. This is a very multipurpose room, and has the perfect design for a wedding ceremony. For events larger than 350 guests, this room can be opened into as an extension of the State Room to make a combined capacity 650 (banquet style).
The Barrel room is a more cozy space with a beautiful bay window overlooking the front of the property. This room can serve as groom's quarters, a small party room, or a breakout room for a large event.
Similar to the Barrel room, the Julep room contains a bay window overlooking the front of the property and a half bathroom. This room is great for a bridal suite, as the space can be transformed into the perfect space to get ready for the wedding. It can also serve as a small party room or a breakout room for a large event.
